Welcome to the LifeComps Commercial Mortgage Loan Index™ Home
The LifeComps Index™ is a unique historic commercial mortgage loan investment
performance index created in 1997 for the life insurance industry to serve as a
benchmark for privately held commercial mortgage whole loans.
The LifeComps Index™ will publish quarterly total returns and cash yields for
the commercial mortgage portfolio owned by its Participant life insurance
company members.

| For its Participants, the LifeComps Index™ tracks total return, cash
yields, underlying real estate collateral operating performance, and basis
point loss on a stand alone and comparative basis including attribution
analysis |
